• Report to case officer once per week

• Abide by curfew except in the case of medical emergency (four levels of curfew – 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and 11pm)

• Accept any clinical supervision or treatment recommended by the Court Services Center (usually twice weekly)

• Have full time employment and show proof of employment

• Submit to drug tests

• Pay monthly court costs

• Pay monthly supervision fees and State fees ($45 total)

• Obtain permission before changing residence, employment, or leaving the county of residence

• Perform 16 hours of community service per month until 240 hours are completed
